Exchange & Return Policy

At CHEERTAILS, we care deeply about your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product might not be exactly what you or your pet expected, and we’re here to make exchanges and returns as smooth as possible.


Eligibility Requirements

Before requesting a return or exchange, please ensure your items meet the following:

  • Apparel – Must be in brand-new condition with tags intact, returned in the original packaging, and free from odor and pet hair.

  • Walk Accessories – Must be in brand-new condition with original packaging, free from odor and pet hair.

  • Beds – For hygiene and safety reasons, memory foam beds cannot be returned once the sanitary protective packaging is opened.


Exchanges

We’re happy to assist with exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • U.S. Customers – We can provide a prepaid return label at a flat rate of $20 (covers both return shipping and handling).

  • International Customers – Please arrange your own return shipping to our U.S. warehouse.

Once your returned item is received and passes our inspection, your replacement item will be shipped promptly.

To Start an Exchange

  • Email our customer support at support@cheertails.com or submit a request through our Return Center.

  • Include your order number and the size you’d like instead.

  • Once we receive your request, our team will process it and send out your replacement item as quickly as possible.


Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@cheertails.com with your order number. Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with instructions.

  • All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of your delivery date.

  • Returned items must be in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (you’ll receive 80% of your order total once the product passes inspection).

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
