Exchange & Return

Exchanges

• We are happy to assist with product exchanges within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are in brand-new condition with original tags and packaging, and are free of odors and pet hair.
• You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
• A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $12 USD (covers return shipping and handling)
• Non US customers will need to arrange their own shipping to our return warehouse located in the US
• Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item

Returns

• To start a return, simply email us at CHEERTAILS@gmail.com with your order number. Our customer service team will assist you and respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
